Danny and Billie Faye Smith are the owners and operators of Smith & Smith Realty, based in Oxford, Florida.

A lifelong Floridian, Danny moved to Wildwood at the age of 12, where he developed a deep appreciation for the local community and agricultural lifestyle. He began his career in the land business as a vegetable farmer, growing watermelon, cantaloupe, and beans, and also gained valuable experience working in seed operations.

Today, Danny specializes in Land and Commercial Real Estate and holds two of the industry’s most prestigious designations: Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). These certifications, combined with decades of hands-on experience, allow Danny to expertly navigate and manage complex commercial real estate transactions.
